The Wonder of Ospreys

Ospreys are beautiful and striking fish-eating birds of prey

They have up to 6ft / 180 cm wingspans making them very impressive in flight

They are migratory birds flying as far as Africa for the winter months

They fly back in the Spring to breed, pairing up at the nest

They produce 2-3 chicks who grow to adult size in 7-8 weeks
